Refund Policy

Service Nature

Vitchcraft Studios provides bespoke digital services, including web development and design. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once the project development has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Commencement: Clients may cancel their project within 24 hours of the initial payment for a full refund, provided no work or resource allocation has begun.

  • During Development: If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, they will be liable for the cost of the work completed up to that date. Any remaining balance from the initial deposit will be refunded.

Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Errors: In the rare event of a duplicate payment or a technical billing error on our side, a full refund of the erroneous amount will be processed.

  • Service Non-Delivery: If Vitchcraft Studios is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the technical scope, a partial or full refund will be discussed based on the project status.

Processing of Refunds

  • All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Refund transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
