Services & Estimates

Vitchcraft Studios provides bespoke digital solutions, including web development, UI/UX design, and technical consulting. All prices listed on our "Service Packages & Estimates" page are baseline estimates. Final project costs are determined based on the specific technical scope and requirements agreed upon in a formal quote.

Payments & Currency

All transactions and billing are conducted exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment according to the milestones defined in their specific project contract.

Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the final digital deliverables (websites, code, designs) produced by Vitchcraft Studios shall be the property of the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our professional portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

Vitchcraft Studios shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or technical downtime once a project is handed over to the client.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
